Who you are contracting with
BeeLoyalty is a service of Marangoni Junior Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16641108, with its registered office at 29 Pickering Croft Place, Crewe CW1 4GR, United Kingdom. “We” and “us” below mean that company.
The service
BeeLoyalty gives a shop a digital loyalty card: customers collect stamps (“honey”) and receive whatever reward that shop has set. The reward is a promise between the shop and its customer. BeeLoyalty records the stamps, but the shop provides the reward.
Payment and trial
- Plans are £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, or the same amounts in euros or US dollars depending on where the shop is.
- Payments are taken by Marangoni Junior Limited through Stripe. Your statement will show BeeLoyalty, Marangoni Junior Limited.
- A card is taken at sign-up but is not charged for 30 days. After the trial the plan renews automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; part-periods are not refunded.
- If a payment fails we'll show a warning and retry. If it keeps failing, stamping is switched off. No data is deleted.
Honey stays with the shop
Stamps are only ever valid at the shop that gave them. There is no shared points network, and no shop can spend or see another shop's honey.
Fair use
Don't use BeeLoyalty to mislead customers, to run anything unlawful, or to hammer the service automatically. We may suspend an account that does, we'll tell you why.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up, but we can't promise perfect uptime. The customer code screen works offline for exactly this reason, so you can still stamp by typing the six digits when your connection drops.
